YEE is unable to attend the concert suddenly; she invites LING to replace her instead. After the concert, LING attends a gathering with MING together. At first, LING is afraid that MING will embarrass her; but her worry soon disappears when MING shares his profound knowledge on jazz. LING is amazed. In the court, KEUNG admits that he faked the signature of HUANG on her will; moreover, he agrees to give up all property except the Wen Loy Restaurant. Meanwhile, HO and his brother and sister withdraw the prosecution suddenly. The case is closed under the astonishment of the attendants in the court. Occasionally, LONG talks about his past with YEE.
